• Develop and implement growth strategies for existing and new business areas in the international automotive sector • Identify and realize new business opportunities and market potential • Manage complex sales projects in close cooperation with internal departments and customers • Analyze market, technology, and industry trends in the automotive and vehicle testing organization sectors • Build a sustainable network of relevant decision-makers • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer visits

🎯 Requisitos

• Demonstrable sales experience in the automotive sector, such as with vehicle testing organizations • University degree in mechanical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field • Several years of experience in technical B2B sales, with a strong customer focus • Very good written and spoken German and English skills • Flexibility and willingness to travel • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic approach, and strong negotiation skills • Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and solution-oriented consulting expertise • Enthusiasm for the future of mobility, new technologies, and the automotive industry
