Descrição

• Define and communicate the long-term architectural vision for the Cordant platform • Translate business strategy into scalable technical roadmaps with Product Management and Engineering leadership • Drive architectural consistency across applications, shared platform services, developer platforms, data platforms, and AI capabilities • Lead architectural evolution toward a composable, API-first platform • Establish architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and governance • Define reusable platform capabilities improving scalability, security, maintainability, and developer productivity • Guide modernization of existing products and enable future platform capabilities • Lead architecture across distributed systems spanning industrial edge, enterprise environments, and cloud-native platforms • Define deployment architectures for customer-managed on-premises environments, customer cloud infrastructure, and Baker Hughes SaaS • Develop integration strategies across OT, enterprise IT, industrial devices, partner ecosystems, and business applications • Establish long-term architecture for the Cordant Data & Analytics Platform and Agentic AI • Define approaches for operational data management, contextualization, semantic models, analytics, and enterprise intelligence • Define secure architectural patterns for intelligent software agents and integrations with enterprise applications and industrial systems • Establish trustworthy, explainable, observable, secure, and Responsible AI governance • Enable engineering teams through reusable AI platform services, SDKs, developer tooling, and architectural guidance • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and industry standards • Mentor architects and senior engineers and cultivate an architecture community • Lead architecture reviews and facilitate technical decision-making • Influence technology investment decisions through architectural strategy and thought leadership • Foster collaboration across engineering, product, UX, security, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing organizations • Promote technical excellence, continuous learning, and engineering craftsmanship

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related discipline • Minimum 4 years of experience architecting large-scale enterprise software platforms • Success leading architecture across multiple engineering teams and product domains • Understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and API-first platforms • Experience developing enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives • Solid communication skills and ability to influence technical and business leaders • Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, event-driven systems, Domain-Driven Design, API-first platforms, Kubernetes, container orchestration, Platform Engineering, and Developer Experience • Experience with enterprise data platforms, Data Lakehouse architectures, streaming platforms, AI/ML platforms, Agentic AI architectures, LLMs, MCP, RAG, semantic search, vector databases, knowledge graphs, AI observability and evaluation, and Responsible AI governance • Experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, edge computing, Industrial IoT, enterprise integration, identity and security architecture • Valid work authorization in the country of employment; Baker Hughes cannot sponsor work authorization • Candidates must be located in or near the displayed location
