Descrição

• Plays an integral role in helping Balchem become customers' preferred supplier • Develops customer intimacy and demonstrates market-leading knowledge • Delivers profitable market access solutions and provides exceptional customer service • Leads cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans • Develops and executes short and long-term strategic account plans • Regularly reviews and provides status reports on progress • Identifies customer needs and collaborates with internal teams for solutions • Obtains and reports marketing data; monitors trends and recommends actions • Plans, schedules, and makes regular calls to assigned accounts • Manages contracts and pricing, including negotiations • Communicates and maintains accurate sales forecasts • Responds to customer inquiries and assists with product applications

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree with MBA required; technical degree preferred • Minimum 7 years progressive sales or business development experience • Most recent 2+ years experience in managing multiple accounts within the food ingredient industry • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans • Strong business acumen with an ability to lead and develop cross-functional opportunities • Must be willing to travel up to 60% with overnight stays required
