• Driving conversions of competitive accounts using Baxter’s established sales process • Collaborating in a matrix environment with Care Communications Executives, New Business Generation representatives, Account Executives, and others to support the sales process • Maintaining and updating all sales opportunities in CRM on a weekly basis and manage a robust sales funnel using Salesforce • Conducting product demonstrations and evaluations for Baxter technologies • Surveying customer sites to identify and develop new sales opportunities • Partnering with the CSA Team to generate proposals for MAC and similar-sized projects • Working with the Project Management Associate to transition orders for implementation and deployment • Collaborating internally to share market trends and competitive insights with marketing and management
• 1 year sales experience (experience in healthcare industry preferred) • High School diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and public speaking skills • High level of motivation, drive, curiosity, resilience, dedication, and integrity • Successful history of managing customer interactions, with excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently, demonstrating adaptability to quickly shifting priorities • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word); Salesforce knowledge a plus • Ability to travel 75% of the time across multiple states throughout the South/Southeast (may include weekends)
