Descrição

• Lead the development and delivery of actionable insights and analysis in response to key business questions • Work within a sprint structure to accomplish short- and long-term projects, meet deadlines, and advance the business • Interface regularly with internal stakeholders to identify areas of business focus • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines, data models, and data-as-a-service solutions • Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools • Generate actionable insights and support business decision-making • Manage and maintain codebases through Git version control, including collaboration, documentation, and deployment best practices • Identify opportunities and efficiencies across Marketing, CRM, casino operations, and poker operations • Present recommendations to key business stakeholders and senior leadership

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years of commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science • Advanced use and understanding of SQL • Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or R • Experience using visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau • Power BI and DAX experience preferred • Experience leading analytical strategies across the commercial business • Confidence presenting recommendations to stakeholders up to Senior Leadership level • Experience working with large, incomplete, and complex data sets • Business-standard use of the English language • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship • Must obtain and maintain required gaming licensing; applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency • Must comply with and support responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives • Licensing process may include comprehensive background checks, including criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification
