• Launch career in mortgage industry through NEO Academy Program • Participate in 90-day paid training covering mortgage fundamentals and loan structure • Gain exposure to Operations, customer experience, workflow management • Receive structured training, mentorship, and real-world exposure • Potential placement as Junior Loan Specialist or Production Partner after successful completion
