Descrição

• Provide risk governance and advisory support for BMO’s Technology Group • Support risk assessments, control design, issue identification, and remediation • Communicate and support activities related to new or updated regulatory requirements • Oversee Enterprise risk program execution against requirements, timelines, and deliverables • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues • Drive design, enhancement, and oversight of the Process, Risk & Control environment • Leverage data analytics to identify emerging risks and enhance risk monitoring • Support implementation, maintenance, and administration of first-line-of-defense programs • Monitor and advise on risk requirements within the defined risk appetite • Manage or support large and complex risk programs, frameworks, projects, and initiatives • Monitor industry and legislative developments and update programs • Interpret regulatory requirements and identify, analyze, and address gaps and issues • Evaluate, develop, and implement internal control systems • Support strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders • Build change management plans and lead or participate in change activities • Develop, document, maintain, and communicate business procedures • Track exception and exemption requests and approvals • Facilitate training for business-unit employees • Provide quality control for investigations, self-reports, examinations, and independent reviews • Support compliance and anti-money-laundering program requirements • Build risk-management awareness through communications, tools, presentations, and ongoing support • Identify, investigate, analyze, document, and mitigate program risks • Analyze program impact and effectiveness through periodic reviews • Recommend adjustments to programs, policies, and processes • Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations • Provide specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support

🎯 Requisitos

• 6+ years of experience in technology or financial services • Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, or business • 3+ years of experience in risk or compliance • Strong analytical and evaluation skills • Ability to use data analytics and insights to assess risk, identify trends, and support risk-informed decisions • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and support governance documentation • Strong data analytics and presentation skills • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Experience with dashboard and analytics tools • Ability to explain complex technical topics to business audiences • Strong understanding of control frameworks such as COSO, NIST, and COBIT • Program management, communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, influence, and data-driven decision-making skills • Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, CISM, PMP, or cloud compliance certifications are assets
