Descrição

• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients on analytics, testing, and data-driven decision-making • Build and grow long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand engagements • Represent the practice in high-stakes client conversations, escalations, and renewals • Present findings and recommendations to senior marketing and client leadership • Lead measurement strategy workshops defining goals, KPIs, and analytics approaches • Lead project teams while remaining hands-on with technical work • Define technical designs for Adobe Analytics and CJA implementations • Maintain hands-on expertise in advanced reporting, segmentation, calculated metrics, and Workspace analysis • Guide analytics implementation, tagging strategy, data layer design, and QA • Oversee and contribute to test-and-learn programs and experimentation using Adobe Analytics, CJA, and Adobe Target • Set standards for analytics strategy, dashboarding, and reporting • Review and elevate the quality of insights, dashboards, and narratives • Support projects across the Adobe stack, including AJO and RT-CDP • Stay current on the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem and advise on client strategy • Lead and mentor direct reports and support staffing decisions • Contribute to proposals, scoping, pricing, and account growth • Represent the practice through conferences, blogs, webinars, and industry events • Promote information security practices and assess/report security risks • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA • Integrate data protection throughout the information lifecycle

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics • 8+ years in an agency or client-facing consulting environment, with prior experience in a senior or lead consulting role • Track record of building trust with client stakeholders and shaping strategy at a senior level • Experience leading project teams and ideally mentoring or managing consultants or analysts directly • Strong business acumen, with experience contributing to proposals, scoping, or account growth • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and present to senior stakeholders • Strong understanding of analytics implementation, tagging, data layer architecture, and data governance best practices • Experience defining technical design and documentation for analytics implementations • Experience designing and leading measurement strategy, including KPI frameworks and test-and-learn programs • Adobe Analytics and/or CJA certification a plus • Experience with Adobe Target and other AEP solutions (RT-CDP, AJO) a plus
