Descrição

• Manage and develop relationships with retail customers and broker partners throughout the territory • Use relationships and market knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities • Develop and maintain strong contacts within assigned accounts to influence decisions and support long-term growth • Develop annual business plans for customers focused on maximizing opportunities and driving profitable growth • Lead the planning, execution, evaluation, and presentation of customer-specific marketing initiatives and R&D projects • Expand business within existing accounts while developing new customer relationships • Analyze category, industry, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and recommend proactive growth strategies • Lead major projects, product launches, and retail rollouts from planning through execution • Partner closely with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and leadership teams to support customer initiatives • Recruit and manage broker relationships when necessary to support regional sales objectives • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

🎯 Requisitos

• 5–10 years of Retail Sales experience, preferably within the In-Store Bakery sector • Working knowledge of marketing, analytics, and/or research • Proven ability to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities • Experience managing and developing relationships with retail customers and broker partners • Strong understanding of retail environments and customer relationship management • Ability to work independently from a home office while collaborating effectively with internal teams • Curious, adaptable, and open-minded approach to business and problem solving • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
