Descrição

• Lead the identification of evidence gaps and support the development of local data generation initiatives • Provide expert medical input into clinical study design • Support the identification and verification of investigators and sites for clinical trials • Oversee and facilitate the end-to-end management of Investigator-Initiated Research (IIRs) proposals • Monitor Non-Interventional Studies (NIS) and Investigator-Initiated trials (IITs) • Drive to the interpretation, analysis and scientific communication of data generated from medical studies • Lead selected local medical initiatives, related to communication and to medical information • Contribute to the local adaptation of the Therapeutic Area strategy • Lead the design, development and delivery of internal medical training programs • Establish strong relationships with the local Medical Affairs Department and collaborate with BeOne's European and Global Medical Affairs teams • Identify, map and build strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience in Medical Affairs (3 years minimum) • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Comprehensive knowledge of industry ethical and compliance standards and the local healthcare system • In-depth expertise and understanding of the relevant therapeutic area (Oncology and Hematology) • Solid understanding of the design and execution of research studies • Well-developed organizational and planning skills • Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize insights to identify local market opportunities • Solid knowledge of local policy and regulatory requirements • Fluency in both verbal and written English; any other major European language is of advantage
