Descrição

• Own one or more product lines, including outcomes, roadmap, sequencing, and quality bar • Write product, engineering, model, and handoff-readiness specifications for engineering • Design agent behavior, including prompt architecture, output schemas, logic, guardrails, and failure handling • Build working HTML prototypes with live model calls before engineering commitment • Define and run evaluations, score output batches, set ship/no-ship thresholds, and drive iteration • Make model tradeoffs involving model choice, context strategy, latency, token cost, fine-tuning, prompting, and retrieval • Work directly with engineering, GenAI, and design on daily execution • Maintain schema and interface contracts between agents • Interface with customers and enterprise partners, including US-based partners undergoing security, privacy, and compliance reviews • Instrument and analyze usage, quality, cost, and drift, then act on the findings

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years in product management, ideally B2B SaaS • Hands-on experience with LLM/agent products, including prompt design, structured output, retrieval, tool/function calling, and evaluation • Fluency using AI tooling for specs, prototypes, analysis, and code reading • Ability to read code and API contracts to review schemas, follow pipelines, and identify bad interfaces • Track record of shipping features to customers with measured outcomes • Strong written communication for technical and executive audiences • Comfort operating with ambiguity and short cycles • Preferred: degree in AI/ML, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field • Preferred: experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic/Claude, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration stacks • Preferred: experience with voice AI, agentic workflows, or multi-agent systems • Preferred: experience with fine-tuning, dataset curation, or model performance analysis • Preferred: experience working with US customers and enterprise partners • Preferred: SMB or marketing-technology domain knowledge
