Descrição

• Sell new accounts and renew existing accounts in line with firm and individual goals • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, service teams, insurance company partners, and centers of influence • Present proposals professionally and review coverages in detail • Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, insurance company partners, and service teams • Finalize sales, collect required documents and applications, and brief the service team on policy sales • Develop prospects through community affiliations, partner-hosted seminars, industry contacts, networking, and referrals • Develop information and recommendations for prospective accounts • Present proposals and follow firm policies and procedures for new accounts • Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and completeness to minimize potential errors and omissions claims • Represent the firm positively in the community and with insurance company partners • Identify opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes • Escalate issues and discrepancies to appropriate leadership • Meet monthly new business goals • Perform other functions assigned by leadership

🎯 Requisitos

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint • Ability to learn appropriate insurance company and firm software programs • Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide risk management consulting or risk transfer solutions as necessary in states where the firm functions, or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment • Self-starter with effective verbal and written presentation skills • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail • Knowledge of the insurance industry and underwriting criteria • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment • Travel is required
