Descrição

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery roadmaps; track milestones against scope, schedule, and quality targets • Develop and execute change management strategies, including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, resistance management, and adoption measurement • Partner with business leaders, plant teams, quality, operations, IT stakeholders, global teams, and vendors • Facilitate steering committee meetings and align project objectives with business priorities • Establish project governance frameworks and monitor risks and mitigation plans • Ensure compliance with change control and validation processes • Support audit readiness and documentation requirements • Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and third-party vendors • Manage deliverables, milestones, and contractual commitments • Drive continuous improvement through best practices, process standardization, and lessons-learned initiatives

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of experience in IT application support, service delivery, or operations management • 5+ years specifically in change management • Track record leading global transformation or manufacturing IT projects with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams • Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 Suite • Experience with digital manufacturing platforms including MES, LIMS, and Veeva • Experience with ERP and integration projects • Experience with IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline • Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Agile Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma
