• Maintain accurate donor and constituent records in the CRM and fundraising or engagement platforms • Conduct routine data audits, record maintenance, and quality control • Generate reports, dashboards, and donor insights for stewardship, fundraising, and organizational decisions • Support gift processing, donor segmentation, and constituent record management • Improve data collection practices and streamline workflows • Project-manage quarterly investor reports, quarterly webinars, and CEO snapshot series • Support stewardship engagement and report-out activities • Take on individualized, externally-facing donor stewardship work as the program matures • Support planning for a future philanthropy convening event • Research and prepare donor meeting materials, including donor packets, pool reports, and briefing materials • Handle ad hoc research requests supporting major gift cultivation • Collaborate with the Philanthropy team and frontline fundraising staff
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 2–4 years of professional experience in fundraising, donor relations, communications, nonprofit administration, database management, or a related field • Experience contributing to mission-driven work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive- and senior-leadership-level communications • Experience maintaining constituent, donor, customer, or organizational databases with high accuracy • Ability to learn and adapt across systems and technology platforms • Strong organizational and project management skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Self-starter mindset; ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively define task approaches • Core hours generally follow Eastern Time, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with ability to attend key team meetings • Experience with Airtable, Excel, or similar tools preferred • Experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations preferred • Familiarity with data governance, reporting best practices, and donor segmentation strategies preferred • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini preferred • Creative interest in donor-facing materials, webinars, and stewardship events preferred
