Descrição

• Lead and coordinate Amazon System Projects to ensure timely and successful delivery • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve program objectives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and align on project goals • Identify assess, and mitigate risks to maintain project health and performance • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to leadership and customers • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes • Demonstrate flexibility to support customers across multiple time zones, including availability outside standard working hours as needed • Travel up to 50% as required

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of experience in programming or project management, preferably supporting large-scale construction or equipment retrofit projects • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies related to construction or equipment installation • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • Experience managing programs in a matrixed and/or global organization • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks and resolve complex project issues • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and drive continuous improvement • Familiarity with program management processes and performance reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
