Descrição

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Beauty customers across EMEA • Proactively open doors and develop relationships with global and regional premium priority Beauty brands • Identify and qualify new opportunities with national customers where Catalent is not yet present • Lead product and commercial proposals, quotations and negotiations • Coordinate daily operational topics with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting • Ensure professional, reliable and consistent customer communication • Attend tradeshows, exhibitions and congresses across EMEA • Travel within EMEA to support business development activities

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field • 5 to 10 years of B2B commercial experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Health • Experience in a CDMO environment is preferred • Proven experience managing multiple accounts while developing new opportunities in complex environments • Strong understanding of the Beauty / Personal Care customer landscape is required • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision • Strong structuring skills, disciplined pipeline management and reliable forecasting • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior customer stakeholders • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed and international environment • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
