• Originate new business opportunities with prospective clients in the FS Sector • Identify and research target clients in the Sector to drive pipeline development and conversion • Lead and drive the sales process to convert prospects into new clients • Engage with prospects regularly and use this interaction to improve the firm’s brand, relationships and identify opportunities • Work with relevant teams and partners in the region to develop winning proposals that speak to the client’s needs and objectives • Manage sales information including conversion rates, key targets, pipeline management, KPIs and trend information • Drive progress on Sectoral strategy • Work closely with clients to help them navigate business opportunities and challenges • Generate a strong internal network, be experienced in data management and pipeline
• Significant experience in the FS Sector, in London and across the UK • Comprehensive technical knowledge of the FS sector including regulatory environment, and nuanced operational requirements • An understanding of the Professional Services industry is a must • Proven track record of effectively managing and growing profitable client relationships both net-new and existing • Demonstrable track record of identifying, developing, winning and on-boarding new clients • Experienced user of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Track record of working with senior leaders and as part of an inclusive, collaborative sales team
