Descrição

• Serve as a technical pre-sales engineer for a subset of public sector customers • Collaborate with Account Executives, integrated team members, partners, and Cisco business entities • Lead, participate in, and deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts • Support Cisco, partner, and customer engagements at Tech Days, Executive Briefings, and local events • Build executive relationships and account champions through trust, business acumen, and technical strategies • Build and maintain technical excellence across the Cisco portfolio • Tie Cisco solutions to customer strategies and goals • Partner with Services Account Executives to drive full lifecycle solution adoption and position CX offerings • Participate in advisory boards and tiger teams • Provide customer feedback to influence the future portfolio • Champion learning and coaching while investing in professional development

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of industry experience and experience as a pre-sales solutions engineer • CCNA-level experience • Ability to achieve the CCNP Enterprise certification within 12 months of joining Cisco • Hands-on experience with Cisco Networking, Security, Collaboration, Data Center & Cloud, and Observability technologies • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to travel to customer locations for meetings and presentations • CCNP or CCIE certification or equivalent preferred • Experience presenting complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, including CxO-level executives preferred • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills preferred • Experience with AI for solving problems preferred • Knowledge of the Cisco partner ecosystem preferred • Competitive knowledge of the IT industry preferred • Track record of consultative selling preferred • Experience in IT Architecture or Operations preferred
