• We're looking for a teammate who wants to grow with us and contribute long-term to the Cívica team. • The role to be filled is AI Data Engineer with a focus on: ⚙️ Agentic Systems ☁️ Google Cloud Platform 🧠 Language Models and Generative AI 📈 AgentOps and Observability 🐍 Python Backend Development 🤝 Multidisciplinary Collaboration

🎯 Requisitos

• 2 years of production Python experience (not necessarily in GenAI projects) • Demonstrable experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM applications • Knowledge of GCP: Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage • Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (pgvector, Vertex AI Search or similar) • Proficiency with containers (Docker), REST APIs, and asynchronous Python • Functional English • We value: • Experience with Google ADK or Agent Runtime on GCP • Familiarity with orchestration frameworks: LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain • Exposure to AgentOps / MLOps tools: LangSmith, Phoenix, Arize, W&B • Familiarity with data platforms: BigQuery, dbt, Airflow • Experience in multi-cloud environments (Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock)
