• Support Field Sales by leveraging the use of high stakes analytics, strong interpersonal skills, and value selling exploratory strategies to drive integrated solution sales. • Build and sustain key relationships with key accounts to improve upon expansion opportunities. • Facilitate exploratory academic meetings by leveraging high stake gap analytics. • Support in the development and presentation of custom gap analytics. • Conduct mid-year, and end of year gains presentations to help drive and direct expansion and growth opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with key leadership to facilitate the selling process of key accounts. • Work with multiple sales and implementation personnel to develop a comprehensive concept plan. • Maintain ongoing contact with customers through the execution of the project. • Schedule SA team to match needs within the district. • Conduct Salesforce Research on a district and couple this insight with public available data to create a sales strategy for each district. • Provide internal training to other departments plus orientation onboarding of new staff to the SA team. • Develop supplemental, experimental, and pilot analytics through advanced tools such as SPSS. • Serve as SA team liaison to Gains and Gap teams to streamline processes and create procedures for high volume seasons. • Create processes for communication, documentation, and resource development to maximize efficiency of SA team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Marketing or Liberal Arts • Minimum 7 years teaching/consulting • 5 years experience at K12 district administration level role • Domain expertise in educational and/or instructional leadership, strategic planning, and/or educational finance • Experience in project management • Expert level networking skills • Extensive network of senior K-12 Education executives • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills • Microsoft Suite Skills, including sales reporting tools. • Superior written, interpersonal, and group presentation skills • Strong background in understanding and presenting high stakes analytics • Acceptable driving record required. • Preferred but not necessary Master’s degree. • Cabinet level role.
• Salary Range - $130,000 to $135,000 plus commission. • Our salary ranges are based on national averages. • We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education, and location.
