Descrição

• Support the operations of a residential utility energy efficiency program providing financial incentives to eligible customers • Track, monitor, and report project status and key performance metrics • Assist with program forecasts, dashboards, and performance data • Provide day-to-day support to field staff and participating subcontractors • Coordinate assignments and resolve operational questions • Communicate with subcontractors, customers, and internal program teams • Clarify program rules, troubleshoot participation barriers, and escalate issues • Support subcontractor onboarding and ongoing engagement • Contribute to process improvement, operational efficiency, customer experience, and quality control • Maintain organized program documentation, records, and tracking systems for data integrity and compliance • Perform other duties supporting program operations and organizational goals

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Communications, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered (one year of experience may substitute for one year of education) • Employee must be based in New Jersey • At least 1 year of professional work experience • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to travel (10%) and complete occasional overnight travel • 1–3 years of experience in energy efficiency, construction management, HVAC, building sciences, or related fields (preferred) • Post-secondary education or formal training in Business, Accounting, Construction Management (preferred) • Professional certifications such as BPI, CEM, or other industry-recognized credentials (preferred) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (preferred) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities (preferred) • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (preferred) • Commitment to sound business ethics, including discretion and protection of proprietary and confidential information (preferred) • Bilingual in English and any other language is a plus
