🎯 Requisitos

• 1+ years of recruitment experience • Confidence on the phone • Skilled at closing candidates • Proactive and self-managed • Experience sourcing creatively • Familiarity with CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Clear and professional communication in English • Comfortable working 100% remotely
