Descrição

• Leading system maintenance and enhancement activities for a critical government information system that supports human research protection oversight • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the change request process, data migration, and end-user training • Managing work using an Agile Scrum methodology • Serving as a senior technical leader across the full software development lifecycle of solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform within a secure government Microsoft 365 cloud environment

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in leading the development of management information systems, of which at least three (3) years shall have been in a technical lead or supervisory capacity • Proven experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting MS Power Platform applications • Experience with administration of Microsoft SharePoint sites and data • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as Project and Adobe Acrobat. • Experience developing IT systems in compliance with strict regulatory frameworks • Preferred Qualifications • Possess a current and active Microsoft Power Platform certification • Possess experience working with DoW or DON systems and management • Experience with Federal, DoW, and DON human research protection requirements • Experience developing IT systems that must operate in compliance with the requirements of SECNAVINST 3900.39E series regulations
