🎯 Requisitos
• 4–5 years of backend development experience • Strong foundation in languages like Python or Java • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) • Strong systems thinking • Ability to balance short-term velocity with long-term maintainability • Understanding of API contracts and shared infrastructure • Ability to connect backend work to measurable business impact • Quick iteration and delivery of MVPs • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams • Collaborative mindset
