Descrição

• Own the overall design of technical solutions and recommend best-practice solutions based on client needs • Provide technical guidance for Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications supporting business and product strategies • Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client processes and challenges • Translate findings into technical requirements and documented solution designs • Design Salesforce solutions using product features, best practices, and custom components • Deliver technical and non-technical project documentation, including data models and architecture diagrams • Develop build tasks, estimate effort, and oversee reporting/dashboard creation and UAT • Evaluate declarative versus programmatic development and partner/AppExchange applications for customer requirements • Perform Salesforce administration, configuration, and data migration duties as needed • Act as a B2B Commerce Cloud solution SME and help scope sales proposals • Partner with Project Managers and collaborate with delivery and customer project teams • Provide technical and professional guidance to Coastal team members • Achieve and maintain Salesforce technical and partner certifications

🎯 Requisitos

• 4-6 years of advanced skills in Salesforce Platform and exposure to Project Scoping • 2+ years experience in a Senior Consultant (or equivalent seniority) • Strong competencies around the core Salesforce.com platform; B2B Commerce preferred • Applied knowledge of Salesforce and the Sales, Services, and Marketing functions • Active Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant Certification required; minimum 4x certified preferred • Additional Salesforce.com cloud knowledge specific to industry/verticals preferred • Previous experience with software development life cycle (SLDC), Agile or Hybrid preferred • Ability to create entity relationship and object relationship diagrams • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience being client-facing and/or acting as an internal project leader and managing multiple stakeholders • Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies on the Salesforce platform • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience • Travel, as required by client or project milestones • Basic level of knowledge of common enterprise systems CRM or ERP
