Descrição

• Lead the switchgear project team and ensure project success for the client and Colonial • Serve as the face to the customer after order commitment • Coordinate all project actions and understand and meet timelines • Oversee negotiations and technical personnel creating the Bill of Material (BOM) • Submit product details for customer approval • Enter shipping information into Jobtrack proprietary software • Respond to customer inquiries and enter data as needed • Read and review switchgear specifications and plans • Request pricing and lead times from manufacturers and sales representatives • Produce comprehensive and timely switchgear proposals • Cost-estimate projects accurately and effectively • Maximize sales and profitability through marketplace knowledge and competitive pricing • Follow up with customers on quotes • Provide value-added service through existing blueprint evaluation • Review submittal approvals and update quotes • Review switchgear changes in drawing bulletins and addendums and update quotes • Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships • Collaborate with Sales and management on customer status, history, changes, potential, quotations, strategies, and related sales information • Input data and communicate with customers and vendors • Collaborate with the Project Management team throughout the project • Stay current with new product information and emerging technologies

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar major • Ability to work overtime as necessary • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to use computing skills and knowledge to complete required job tasks • Ability to understand technical product specifications and drawings • Ability to understand and maintain project accounting • Attention to detail and ability to match information and place it accurately • Communication and continuous follow-up • Leadership • High level of responsibility • Coordination of all aspects of a project • Friendly demeanor • Must complete assessments sent by email or available on the Career Center to be considered
