Descrição

• Monitor and maintain call response and email dashboards • Ensure timely customer follow-ups from sales representatives • Support daily operations of Zoom Phone, Hiver, and Zoho CRM for marketing and sales teams • Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting of inside sales performance metrics • Follow up proactively with sales representatives • Escalate issues to management when necessary • Document workflows and suggest process improvements • Work independently in a fully remote environment • Monitor new tools and technologies that could improve communication and efficiency

🎯 Requisitos

• Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable • Strong communication skills and persistence in following up • Able to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting • Previous experience with Zoom Phone, Zoho, or Hiver is a plus, but not required • Able to hold team members accountable while maintaining positive working relationships • Available during standard business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern • Experience working with AI is a bonus
