Descrição

• Coordinate telehealth appointments and schedules for clients • Communicate with healthcare providers and clients to ensure smooth and timely appointments • Maintain accurate records of client information and appointments • Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during telehealth appointments • Assist with training and onboarding of new telehealth providers • Collaborate with team members to improve telehealth processes and procedures • Keep up-to-date with telehealth technology and industry trends • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and healthcare providers • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 2 years experience in telehealth coordination • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Familiarity with telehealth technology and platforms • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
