A Contextual AI é uma plataforma de camada de contexto unificada para IA empresarial que transforma modelos generalistas em agentes especializados e prontos para produção. Ela oferece componentes RAG, APIs de componentes, conectores pré-construídos e ferramentas para extrair contexto preciso de documentos multimodais complexos, fornecer respostas verificáveis com citações e implantar com segurança em ambientes SaaS multi-locatário, SaaS de locatário único ou VPC privados. A plataforma é voltada para casos de uso empresarial, como assistentes de suporte técnico, copilotos de perguntas e respostas de políticas, verificação de conformidade em compras e pesquisa de patentes/PI, enfatizando precisão, segurança (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR) e escalabilidade.

Descrição

• Lead the delivery of AI Solutions, built on the Contextual partners, for our clients. • Blend consultative client engagement with hands-on delivery leadership. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their unique business challenges. • Translate client needs into concrete AI workflows, leveraging technologies such as hyper-scale models, machine learning, and intelligent automation. • Define project approach, critical timelines, and resource allocation. • Oversee configuration, integration, and deployment of data, connections, and workflows on Contextual.io. • Establish testing protocols to validate AI outputs and process flows. • Maintain regular communication with client sponsors and project teams.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or client-facing roles delivering technology solutions, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or intelligent automation. • Proven track record of leading end-to-end solution delivery (discovery through go-live) in a complex, enterprise environment. • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts / patterns and hands-on exposure to AI platforms or frameworks. • Familiarity with the Contextual.io platform—or comparable workflow automation environments—and strong grasp of integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, messaging). • Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate resources. • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • At this time, we are unable to hire outside of the US or sponsor employment visas (including H-1B, TN, or other work authorizations) for this position.
