• Telephone follow-up of leads already contacted by email • Telephone follow-up of inbound leads • Telephone follow-up with our existing contacts • Cold-calling potential new customers • Planning, and the preparation and follow-up of appointments (by email & phone) • Maintaining and monitoring our CRM system
• Extensive sales experience (including cold-calling) is essential • Sales experience in a marketing agency is a plus • You are comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone and are self-confident • You are driven to achieve targets, increase commissions and push yourself • You should be strong in communication, quick-witted and articulate • You are ambitious, eager to learn and goal-oriented • You are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility • You are reliable and respond quickly to inquiries • Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
