Descrição

• Manage all aspects of assigned healthcare projects, typically valued up to $5M, from award through completion • Oversee site management, budgeting, scheduling, execution, field installation, start-up, and project closeout • Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget while supporting positive cash flow • Serve as the primary customer point of contact and maximize customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance • Collaborate with local Convergint Project Managers, customers, and Program Managers • Develop and manage project installation plans and job execution strategies • Maintain records of job status, material flow, change orders, and project documentation • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Partner with technical subject matter experts to create runbooks and execution plans • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, project financials, and resource planning • Communicate project progress, schedules, and changes to stakeholders • Ensure compliance with scope of work, delivery standards, quality control, and customer-specific requirements

🎯 Requisitos

• Project management experience related to healthcare projects in a technical environment • Experience with building automation systems, fire alarm systems, electronic security systems, and AV systems • Coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills • Team leadership, team building, and facilitation skills • Proactive initiative and adaptability • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills • Financial analytical skills, including cost control • Ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment • Basic Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills • Basic knowledge of IT networking principles • College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • 10 years of relevant engineering, field service, or project management experience • Healthcare project experience strongly preferred • Previous project supervisory experience • PMI certification and/or industry-specific certifications or licenses • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
