Descrição

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to data integration and migration • Assess existing integration points and work with the partners using the tools to optimize them for maximum data capture and integrity with minimal hygiene gaps • Identify opportunities and assess requests for additional integrations, collaborating with the Data Operations and Project Management teams to position each request to function within the CRM architecture and established business processes • Convene the team of stakeholders to negotiate and then execute the best outcomes • Support database conversion and migration projects by serving as the Data Mapping lead, taking ownership of migration documents, and ensuring that business decisions are shared with all stakeholders • Support the ongoing migration of data from sources that lack an integrated data flow, by maintaining a calendar of work related to recurring flat file imports and executing the imports as needed • Collaborate with the Data Operations team to support data integrity and data hygiene projects as needed • Maintain the Covenant House library of import templates within the CRM

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 5 years' experience building and maintaining API connections • Minimum 3 years’ experience in non-profit technology stacks housing donor and donation data • Minimum 1 year of experience in mapping and loading data within database conversion projects • Proficiency in data investigation, data integrity practices, and data quality control • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Demonstrated skill at managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines • Prior experience working with CRMs and project management tools, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated comfort with a rapidly changing environment
