Descrição

• Manage and direct a team of mobile fleet technicians • Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports • Drive team engagement, productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth • Monitor metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, training records, and safety records • Identify customer relationship, service penetration, and market expansion opportunities • Travel frequently to technician and customer locations • Lead meetings with dispatch, parts, billing, and other market functions • Ensure compliance with administrative, DOT, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards • Complete technician onboarding, equipment and tool requests, documentation, and systems access • Lead onboarding and ramp-up of new technicians • Conduct safety audits and Quality Control Inspections • Support monthly budgeting and financial performance management • Execute market-specific growth strategies, including customer acquisition, retention, and service expansion • Collaborate with Client Services and sales teams to maximize technician utilization and revenue opportunities • Assign and coordinate work for responsive, efficient service delivery • Lead safety meetings and reinforce safety processes • Serve as liaison between Cox Fleet and clients • Monitor inventory and ensure technicians have required resources • Recruit, interview, and hire technicians • Work cross-functionally with HR, Parts/Procurement, Fleet Management, IT, and other teams • Operate a company-issued vehicle within the market • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field; alternatives include a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience, a Ph.D. and 1 year’s experience, or 10 years’ experience in a related field • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a people leadership role • Valid state-of-residence driver’s license • Ability to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File • Must be at least 21 years old • Must pass a pre-employment drug test • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future • Strong coaching, mentoring, performance management, and change leadership skills • Ability to build team engagement and accountability while driving business outcomes • Ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts in a fast-paced market environment • Sense of urgency, ownership, and entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to learn and use dispatching software, reporting tools, Workday, Salesforce, Kronos, and Power BI
