Descrição

• Support the development of the North American region by providing technical expertise and experience to the team, customers, and partners • Actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process • Work in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate • Illustrate the value that Creatio’s platform can provide • Engage and articulate product positioning to both business and technical users in competitive scenarios • Rapidly identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 4-5 years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or technical sales within enterprise SaaS (CRM, BPM, or automation solutions preferred) • Strong expertise in business process automation, CRM platforms, or customer experience solutions • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories through customized demos • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior decision-makers • In-depth knowledge of the North American market dynamics, including industry trends, and competitor landscape • Experience in financial services preferred • Storytelling mindset – ability to create engaging, value-driven narratives in demos • Curiosity & problem-solving – proactive approach to understanding customer needs • Collaboration & adaptability – ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global team • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms, AI automation, or API integrations is a plus • Experience working with and designing database solutions is a plus
