Descrição

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to exceed expectations and significantly grow business with national partners • Understand national partners’ go-to-market strategies within each segment and build strategic growth plans • Work cross-functionally with marketing and enablement to build and support alliance program initiatives • Strategically leverage investment resources to maximize ROI and meet or exceed partner-sourced revenue targets and growth goals • Elevate CrowdStrike’s brand within national partners at executive and seller levels • Collaborate with Americas sales leadership to align with partner sales teams and overall strategy • Use data insights to recommend targeted partner programs and initiatives that drive mutual success • Align with regional alliance managers and technology alliance managers to execute strategic plans in territory

🎯 Requisitos

• University/College degree • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Conflict resolution skills • Experience managing insight nationally • Proven track record of success and exceeding revenue targets • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality with initiative and hands-on problem-solving ability • Ability to generate ideas and solutions • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to influence at senior levels • Motivated, focused self-starter with strong leadership skills • Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Ideal candidates will live in the central time zone • Bonus: previous sales experience in information security and strong technical knowledge of security and networking technologies
