Descrição

• Remote position with takemytasks (formerly DaftCo), a provider of premium virtual assistant services connecting businesses with skilled professionals. • We're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing team. • Responsibilities include lead generation for real estate accounts; potential client communication; appointment setting; follow-up calls and emails; miscellaneous projects; CRM management; closing sales accounts; and administrative tasks.

🎯 Requisitos

• Work Experience 1-3 years • Real Estate Market & Industry Knowledge: Understanding of real estate concepts, terminology, market trends, property types, and the sales cycle. • Sales & Marketing Principles: Knowledge of lead generation strategies, sales funnels, and customer relationship management (CRM) principles. • Effective Communication Techniques: Knowledge of persuasive communication, active listening, and objection handling for both phone and email interactions. • Lead Generation & Prospecting: The ability to identify and qualify potential leads using various tools and platforms. • Verbal & Written Communication: Excellent communication skills for crafting clear, concise emails and engaging in professional, persuasive phone conversations. • Organizational & Time Management: The skill to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines efficiently. • Appointment Setting: The skill to schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients. • Negotiation & Closing: The ability to move potential clients through the sales process and close deals.
