Descrição

• Support the divisional sales organization in growing Light Commercial, RAQA, Multi-Family, VRV, and select large custom home projects • Provide product selection and quoting services • Manage projects from inception to completion and coordinate all involved parties • Support customers, sales teams, and branch teams with accurate project and product information • Prepare projects for closing through final review, documentation in CRM, and stakeholder communication • Coordinate accurate submittals that meet project requirements • Coordinate Customer TSMs, Sales Leadership, Technical Support Managers, Credit Department, and other personnel for equipment deliveries, project reviews, and startup assistance • Track project opportunities and resolve missing information or discrepancies in Salesforce • Prepare, send, revise, and upload approved submittals; coordinate with vendors and contractors on changes and rejections • Enter project information into Salesforce and track delivery, training, and assisted startup timing • Prepare cost estimates by analyzing proposals and project requirements • Assess equipment needs and system requirements with customers, TSMs, and Application Specialists • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs • Recommend improved products or equipment to reduce costs or increase efficiency • Comply with company policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations • Perform additional projects and duties supporting business needs • Report to the Manager, Middle Market Team

🎯 Requisitos

• 3-5 years industry experience or related industry experience • HVAC certification and technical application expertise • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, relevant industry experience • Working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing, verbally, by phone, email, and text • Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal and external customers and employees • Customer service and relationship management skills • Problem-solving skills • Project management skills • Organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and complete projects on time • Ability to work independently and within a team • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment and adapt to change • Ability to follow company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time • Ability to lift 20 lbs. occasionally • Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States • Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future
