Descrição

• Lead and support the PATT workstream with focus on Absence • Research and resolve Workday PATT process and configuration issues • Work with HR and business stakeholders for new requirements in Workday • Manage implementation of Unions and MORs within PATT workspaces • Provide post payroll support, general ledger posting, bank transfer and paychecks • Manage PATT reporting including year-end reporting • Identify strategies, risks, and recommend approaches and mitigations • Perform ongoing audits to ensure data integrity and accurate configuration • Support innovation through creation of new methods • Thoroughly test configurations and facilitate user acceptance testing • Deliver knowledge transfer and change management of system modifications • Manage Workday release enhancements and ensure requirements are tested and adopted

🎯 Requisitos

• 4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience including 5 years of Workday configuration experience in PATT functions • Strong US payroll process knowledge • Workday PATT experience, focus on Absence • Project Management experience (preferred) • Demonstrate knowledge of HR function & processes • Strong Canadian payroll process knowledge (preferred) • Experience with configuring Union specifications within the PATT workstream (preferred) • Experience with Payroll software such as ADP SmartCompliance, ADP eTime, Oracle Finance (preferred)
