Descrição

• Define and prioritize HRSD demand, translating business needs and operational insights into a clear, value-driven functional backlog • Own the creation and refinement of epics, features, and user stories aligned to HR outcomes, including success measures and acceptance criteria • Make trade-off decisions across scope, speed, and experience to maximize value delivered through HRSD capabilities • Partner with the HRIT HRSD Technical Product Owner to ensure backlog readiness, feasibility, and alignment with ServiceNow platform capabilities • Validate delivered solutions against business requirements • Drive improvements in self-service adoption, Tier 1 effectiveness, and overall service performance • Partner with HRSD Operations, Centers of Excellence, and HRIT to deliver scalable solutions aligned to enterprise service delivery standards

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience leading ServiceNow HRSD as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional HRSD Architect • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including case management, knowledge, and employee service center • Experience in a product owner, business analyst, or functional lead capacity • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements • Ability to prioritize work based on value • Experience operating in a backlog-driven delivery model • Previous experience leading or supporting enterprise ServiceNow HRSD implementations or enhancements is a plus • Agile or product management practices, including backlog management and release cycles, are a plus • Experience driving HRSD service model improvements, including Tier 0/1 optimization, automation, and AI-enabled service delivery, is a plus
