Descrição

• Support the team throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania • Provide exceptional service to a regional group of hospital accounts • Manage Field Service Supervisors and Field Service Representatives • Coordinate with the Plant Manager and Delivery Route Drivers • Partner with Sales and customers to assess service, staffing, and product needs for existing and new accounts • Lead account implementations, including installations, ward walks, product setup, Techsmart deployment, inventory management, and service scheduling • Train hospital staff, Service Technicians, and stakeholders on products, programs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements • Build customer relationships through audits, service-level monitoring, utilization-data reviews, and customer-satisfaction efforts • Manage inventory, product ordering, labor planning, scheduling, payroll, and budget adherence • Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and manage Service Technicians • Conduct performance management, safety training, and coverage planning • Ensure compliant service delivery through quality audits, issue resolution, on-time collections, continuous improvement, and cross-functional communication with Operations and Sales leadership • Travel through the Great Lakes Region approximately 50% of the time

🎯 Requisitos

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in a service-related industry • Hospital services or related industry experience highly desirable • Outstanding project management skills for complex installations and cost/time requirements • Understanding of service-related financial drivers/KPIs • Experience managing budgets and profit/loss • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining regulatory and client care records at 100% accuracy • Experience hiring, training, and leading direct reports is a definite plus • Willingness and ability to travel 50–60% • Ability to lift containers weighing up to 40 lbs. • Ability to push/pull wheeled transporters and/or palletized product up to approximately 500 lbs. • Ability to walk two or more miles per day • Ability to sit for extended periods • Ability to work in and around hospital personnel, sensitive medical equipment, and patients • Ability to occasionally work outdoors • Daniels Health conducts post-offer background checks and drug testing
