Descrição

• Develop and execute the multi-year clinician experience strategy across RN, PCT, SW, and RD disciplines • Analyze turnover, engagement, and exit data to identify systemic issues and design targeted interventions • Partner with senior leadership to align clinician experience initiatives with Village-wide strategic goals • Lead high-impact programs designed to improve retention and economic mobility • Oversee standardization of key facility roles to ensure role clarity, job satisfaction, and top-of-license practice • Manage scaling and adoption of clinical engagement programs, awards, and recognition initiatives • Collaborate with People Services, Clinical Enterprise, Operations, and IT on workflow improvements and technology solutions, including AI enablement and automation • Navigate matrixed structures to influence stakeholders and drive change management • Establish and maintain continuous clinician feedback loops • Ensure frontline input shapes corporate policy, tools, and training • Present clinician insights and program outcomes to executive stakeholders • Advise senior executive leadership, including the CNO, CMO, CPO, and Operations executives • Drive multi-million-dollar clinical investments and translate enterprise vision into measurable operational impact

🎯 Requisitos

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration (MHA/MBA), or related field preferred • Active RN licensure preferred • Proven track record leading large-scale clinical, operational, or system-level transformation initiatives in complex healthcare organizations • Ability to evaluate emerging healthcare technologies, clinical AI use cases, and digital tools • Experience designing seamless user journeys for frontline clinicians • High emotional intelligence and persuasive communication skills • Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders, multidisciplinary committees, and field leaders • Strong analytical acumen • Experience utilizing business intelligence, workforce metrics, and performance analytics to measure clinical and operational ROI • Commitment to and role model of DaVita’s values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment, and Fun • Deep empathy and understanding of the day-to-day realities, workflows, and challenges of clinic life for RNs, PCTs, SWs, and RDs • Self-directed; able to function independently and as a member of a team • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills • Ability to listen effectively and communicate complex information to a diverse audience • Collaborative and relationship-building skills • Ability to interact positively with teammates at all levels and build coalitions • High emotional intelligence and change management expertise • Ability to influence without direct authority • Organizational, analytical, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
