Descrição

• Lead and grow a team of senior and principal engineers focused on distributed storage systems • Define and drive the technical roadmap for storage platforms • Oversee system design and architecture reviews • Partner with product management to translate business needs into technical priorities • Establish engineering best practices and processes • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to align on shared goals • Manage project execution and represent the team in leadership forums • Troubleshoot critical production issues as needed

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience • 5+ years in an engineering management role leading teams of 8+ engineers • Proven track record managing backend or infrastructure teams • Strong technical foundation in system design, distributed systems • Experience overseeing storage system development, including parallel filesystems and object storage systems • Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes • Demonstrated success building and retaining high-performing teams • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Experience with agile methodologies, OKRs/KPIs, and modern engineering practices
