Descrição

• Provide Revenue Cycle Management services to dental practices across the country, including claim submission, claim follow-up, payment posting, and benefit verification with data entry. • Complete dental services in multiple dental practice management software while maintaining PHI and HIPAA standards. • Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships to support client satisfaction and retention, optimize practice operations, and enhance profitability. • Document work in forms, spreadsheets, and client software according to company standards. • Contact insurance companies to obtain and record accurate, timely information. • Send daily task-completion summaries to dental office staff. • Prepare and deliver monthly ROI statistics. • Meet company and department policies and expectations, including attendance requirements. • Comply with federal, state, accreditation, and institutional policies and procedures. • Maintain confidentiality standards and provide exceptional internal and external customer service. • Progress into an Account Manager role within a couple of months, owning client relationships, overseeing account work accuracy and timeliness, delivering monthly ROI reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews, onboarding new clients, running audits, and helping train newer team members. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 5 years of dental office experience • Ability to work independently from home in a quiet space with a high-speed internet connection • Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications • Fluency with technology and internet use • Ability to multitask successfully and accurately in a fast-paced environment • Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects and functions • Ability to solve practical problems and handle varied situations with limited standardization • Must maintain PHI, HIPAA, confidentiality, and applicable federal, state, accreditation, and institutional standards
