Descrição

• Own pre-sales as a function by setting and enforcing standards for opportunity qualification, POC scoping, and SE engagement • Push back on deals, scopes, or timelines that do not meet the required bar • Coach and develop the Solutions Engineering team with specific feedback on technical approach, deal strategy, and customer needs • Evaluate architecture, POC design, and technical claims for validity in AI/ML delivery • Partner with GVPs and account teams to shape the qualification, resourcing, and execution of $5M+ enterprise deals • Build the operating rhythm for pre-sales, including capacity allocation, opportunity prioritization, and recurring cadence • Recruit and build the pre-sales team as the organization scales • Assess deal quality and provide recommendations on opportunity value

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years in enterprise, solution-selling pre-sales or sales engineering • Direct experience with complex $5M+ enterprise deals • Required experience building, coaching, and managing a technical or pre-sales team • Ability to define and enforce operational processes • Ability to engage credibly and assertively with GVPs and enterprise sellers • Technical fluency in AI/ML delivery, including architecture, POC design, and technical claims • Strong judgment in opportunity qualification, technical fit, and deal health • Comfortable with travel and heavy customer-facing time • East Coast location preferred • No vertical expertise required
