Descrição

• Following up on sales enquiries within agreed time frames to open sales opportunities • Schedules activity around review calls, renewal calls and customer queries • Initiates and answers sales call for OPIS core products and services • Conducts telephone conversations to identify and qualify prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in the CRM system • Ensures customer delight • Develop/implement a clear strategy to exceed new business and retention quotas • Develop knowledge of the downstream fuel industry capabilities • Develop an understanding of the sales value proposition for said products and how they fit into the business requirements of our clients • Develop relationships with assigned customers to ensure long term partnerships • Maintain existing client base as well as sales into new accounts • Prepare and submit accurate sales reporting and forecasting • Achieve specific monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota

🎯 Requisitos

• University degree • 2 to 3 years of experience preferred in managing end to end sales for New and Renewal business • Knowledge and genuine interest in the Energy industry • Highly organized and efficient at managing day to day business with multiple priorities • English language skills are imperative. • Proficient in CRM solutions (NetSuite) • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) • Basic familiarity and comfort working in the Google Suite / Gmail • Knowledge of contracts and proposal process
