• Hire, develop, and coach your team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales objectives • Partner x-functionally to drive a team-based approach to winning and growing enterprise accounts • Drive operational excellence through a tight operating rhythm and structured sales process • Be a product expert and feel comfortable assisting your team in generating, advancing, and closing strategic deals • Accurately assess the skills, motivators, and career goals of each team member and provide ongoing coaching to improve their performance and support their career path • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive monthly, quarterly and yearly growth against company targets • Perform regular pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and accurately forecast sales pipeline • Achieve consistent Pipeline Generation results through the development and execution of effective plans, and enablement • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Builder’s product, value drivers, competitors
• 2+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience, leading teams focused on selling to the Global 2k • Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting and exceeding revenue targets • Expertise in developing and executing value based sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive significant revenue growth • Strong background in selling to enterprise customers, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles. • Network of top talent • Data-driven approach to leading your team and growing your business • A solid understanding of front-end software development processes and technologies • Consistent achievement of sales goals with high seller participation.
