Descrição

• Own hiring for the Revenue organization worldwide • Serve as the CRO’s primary talent partner • Lead regional Talent leaders and teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC • Set and deliver the global Revenue hiring strategy • Translate business priorities into regional and team hiring plans • Partner with RevOps on capacity and headcount planning • Connect coverage, productivity, ramp, and attrition assumptions to hiring needs • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global recruiting organization • Coach, develop, and hire regional Talent leaders • Set expectations and provide teams with support and resources • Define excellence by revenue role and level with Revenue leaders • Improve sourcing, assessment, and hiring decisions • Own delivery from hiring plan through accepted offer and start date • Establish hiring metrics, track progress, and address risks • Partner with Talent Ops to improve systems, tools, processes, and use of AI

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience leading Talent through hypergrowth at a company that grew 3x or more in two years • Experience owning delivery of hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones • Experience maintaining a high talent bar while meeting aggressive hiring goals • Experience building and leading teams of recruiting leaders • Track record of developing strong managers, improving performance, and making necessary people decisions • Experience advising executives and shaping decisions through insight and judgment • Ability to partner with C-Suite, RevOps, and Finance on workforce assumptions and hiring commitments • Deep expertise in attracting and closing revenue talent • Experience improving hiring speed and efficiency through processes, tools, and data • Ability to articulate where AI should change recruiting work and where human judgment remains essential • Preference for candidates in US-East or GMT time zones
