Descrição

• Build and supervise a team of employees, including hiring, retention, termination, advancement, project scheduling, progress monitoring, grievance handling, coaching, and Security Liaison responsibilities • Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for customer education initiatives aligned with company objectives • Design and develop educational channels, including online courses, tutorials, webinars, live training, and product onboarding offerings • Define a learning strategy and content management strategy to improve development efficiency and learning-content quality • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Technical Support, and other departments to identify educational needs and opportunities • Establish KPIs and analyze data to measure and continuously improve customer education effectiveness and impact • Engage directly with customers through workshops, seminars, and other events to gather feedback and promote ongoing learning • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer education and integrate relevant innovations • Act as an internal thought leader and advocate for customer education • Collaborate with Product, Technical Support, DevOps, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing teams to align education initiatives with business goals

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Technology, Business, or related field • Proven experience in a leadership role within customer education, with demonstrable results achieved at a SaaS company • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and educational technologies • Strategic ability to translate business goals into actionable educational initiatives and measure their impact • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and relevant software applications • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences • Passion for customer success and commitment to exceptional learning experiences • Ability to travel up to 30% to customer locations and company headquarters in California
