Descrição

• Partner with business leadership to define product vision, strategic priorities, and investment opportunities across Finance Group products • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and company growth objectives • Evaluate market opportunities, emerging technologies, and regulatory trends impacting financial software • Translate product strategy into functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer value and business outcomes • Define release plans, roadmap milestones, and product increments aligned with engineering capacity • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle • Balance customer requests, technical debt, platform investments, and commercial priorities in roadmap decisions • Collaborate with portfolio company stakeholders and Embrace leadership on product strategy, roadmap execution, delivery priorities, and business objectives • Provide product updates, roadmap reviews, delivery status, risks, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership • Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams across multiple organizations • Engage directly with customers to understand processes, pain points, operational challenges, and emerging needs • Conduct customer interviews, discovery workshops, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to validate opportunities and prioritize enhancements • Monitor customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and product usage metrics • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Partner with Engineering and QA to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing requirements • Maintain a prioritized backlog pipeline supporting predictable delivery • Track delivery progress, sprint velocity, release readiness, and execution risks • Identify and mitigate risks affecting timelines, quality, or delivery • Measure product success using adoption, engagement, operational efficiency, retention, and business KPIs • Support product reporting, roadmap communication, executive updates, launches, customer communications, documentation, and enablement • Identify and deliver opportunities using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Automation, and Generative AI across financial workflows • Drive intelligent workflow automation, analytics, knowledge management, and customer productivity initiatives • Champion AI adoption in product management practices

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related product leadership roles within enterprise SaaS environments • Experience defining product strategy, roadmap development, and customer-facing product initiatives • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience leading agile ceremonies • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern SaaS product delivery • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product management tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams • Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial priorities • Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, documentation, prioritization, analysis, stakeholder communication, and overall product management efficiency • Experience working with distributed global teams • Working with teams in the US + UK time zones • Preferred: Experience working in financial services software, banking technology, lending, mortgage, wealth management, treasury, or fintech products • Preferred: Familiarity with financial operations, compliance, risk management, digital banking, CRM, loan origination, customer engagement, or related financial platforms • Preferred: Experience managing enterprise customers and long-lived SaaS products • Preferred: Experience working across multiple products within a portfolio organization • Preferred: Experience with AI-enabled products, analytics platforms, workflow automation, or intelligent business applications • Customer-first mindset with strong product ownership • Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills • Ability to simplify complex business problems into scalable product solutions • Strong collaboration skills across Engineering, QA, UX, Customer Success, Sales, Portfolio Company Leadership, and Embrace Leadership • Strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment
