Descrição

• Own the design of an authoritative source of truth for program configuration and lead the migration path • Lead schema design and data flow architecture through a collaborative process • Build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using contract-driven development • Collaborate with product managers, designers, internal engineering teams, and stakeholders on high-impact projects • Mentor and support engineers and foster a strong technical culture • Develop high-quality solutions across the stack • Stand up new services and tooling • Build client-facing capabilities

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with proven senior-level responsibilities • Senior-level experience with the Java and Spring ecosystem • Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and contract-driven development • Strong experience with testing methodologies and full SDLC best practices • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to operate autonomously, provide technical vision, and guide scalable solutions • New applicant employment-authorization or immigration sponsorship is unavailable • Preferred: experience with real data migrations and consolidating conflicting data sources • Preferred: experience with Domain-Driven Design and decomposing monoliths into services • Preferred: experience with relational and NoSQL data stores, including MongoDB, Postgres, and Snowflake • Preferred: experience with protocol buffers and gRPC • Preferred: frontend development with TypeScript and React, or willingness to learn • Familiarity with energy, DER, or virtual power plant domains is a plus
